Support and rehabilitation after hospital stay help clients to make full recovery. Where needed, we can facilitate treatment with specialists while at home; avoiding unnecessary journeys back to hospital.

Our Live in Carers can support people with chronic illnesses and fit around your personal routine, perhaps providing medication at home. For short trips and appointments, a Trinity 247 Care companion can be on hand to help and faciliate such appointments.

Each package is tailored to the needs of each individual client which can range from daily 24 hour Care to Live In Care through to around-the-clock support or round the year support.

Live-In Care & Respite Care

Live In Carers Duties include:

Trinity 247 Care monitors changing needs and expectations to enable our clients to enjoy life as well as get the most out of life. The clients we work with have a variety of complex support needs such as physical disabilities, dementia, mental health, learning disabilities, spinal injury, acquired brain injury, etc.

Day Sitting provides structured daytime support, ensuring service users are assisted, engaged and supervised while families attend to work or other commitments.

Companionship and Social Support

Recognising the importance of social connection, Companionship Services support emotional well-being through conversation, shared activities and accompaniment to appointments, errands and community outings.
